In a quiet location near Arles, you will find the Mas d'Images. Authentic Provencal farmhouse of 1830, completely renovated in an atmospheric and elegant place, where luxury and comfort meet. Vincent Van Gogh entered the garden of this special place at the invitation of Dr. Félix Rey.
It consists of a main house the Mas with a living room, a fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen and 4 spacious bedrooms of 25 m2 each with a bathroom. In the annex, there are 2 other bedrooms with private bathrooms. The house is equipped with central heating, air conditioning in the rooms, WiFi, Ipod docking station and a Loewe Smart TV.
A deposit of €1,500 is payable on arrival for the entire farmhouse only. It will be reimbursed within 1 week of departure. In the event of damage to the property, the deposit will be refunded after deduction of any expenses incurred to repair the damage (with supporting documents and invoices).

Summary: The rooms were exactly as pictured and the house was very well equipped to accommodate large groups- including amount of dishes, cutlery, pans, seating space and even clothes washing and drying machines. We had an very enjoyable stay but believe this house might be better suited for the warmer months as the open plan, concrete bathrooms were a little chilly in the dead of winter.The advert mentions a room with two separate beds where we had planned on putting the children, but that room is actually located outside the main house so kids had to share a bed which wasn't ideal with two teen boys. I think this could have been better stated on the advert so guests know in advance that some people will be residing outside the main living space.All in all, this house is beautiful, modern but old, comfortable and welcoming. We would love to return and discover it in the warmth.
