Positive: This place was honestly a highlight of our trip. Sitting on the beautiful terrace or the balcony in the evening with a glass of wine, overlooking Lake Ohrid, never got old – the view is simply stunning. The apartment itself is bright, clean and feels very welcoming. What we really loved is the location: right at the edge of the old town. You’re close enough to walk everywhere within minutes, but still far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Just a few steps away, there’s that iconic cliffside church – Church of St. John at Kaneo – one of the best sunset spots you can imagine. Being able to walk there in a minute and catch the sunset every evening felt pretty special. Aleksandra, our host, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She lives in a nearby house, so she was always easy to reach if needed, while we still had complete privacy in the apartment. She also organized everything perfectly, including the airport pickup, which made arrival completely stress-free. And a huge plus: having a parking spot right at the entrance of the old town. If you’ve seen those narrow streets, you’ll understand why that’s priceless. We’d come back without hesitation.

Positive: We had such a beautiful time in this flat! The huge balcony had an incredible view over the peaceful setting of the oldest lake in Europe - Lake Ohrid. Five minutes downhill and we were swimming in the cold, refreshing water in between fish restaurants and lakeside bars, with icy beers and wines. The flat was about 15 mins walk to the main port area, which was perfect as we didn’t have too many fellow tourists directly by us but could get to the action easily. Our hostess Aleksandra was lovely throughout and her father even drove us to the bus station on Sunday morning.

Positive: Aleksandra is an amazing host - the best you may ever have. She is an angel in person so helpful, friendly and always smiling. She picked us up from the bus station and organised a taxi to the airport, she even woke up at 6 am so say goodbye. The apartment was lovely, there was a coffee and cookies prepared for us, the terrace is huge and well equipped with sunbeds so you can enjoy an incredible view all day long. The apartment is located in the center of Ohrid few minutes by walk from the beach, local restaurants and bars. We would like to return in the future :)

Positive: View is the best you csn imagine. We spent more time on terrsce than in appartment. Very nice ownets. We had perfect stay in Ohrid. Summer festival give us a lot opportunities to enjoy.
Negative: You cannot enter old town with your car. Parking was provided on Gorna Porta and ownets picked up us and bagage and drove us to appartment.
