Mason Creek is an oasis where many peaceful memories can be made fishing, boating, swimming or relaxing by the pool. This cozy cottage is located a short drive north of the Milam, Tx. intersection and is easily accessible by good roads not far from Holly Park Marina where you can get a great cheeseburger and fries and skip the cleanup of cooking. The small family friendly street offers safety for children to bike ride and explore the nature around them as well as two large kayaks for further adventure. Mason Creek has everything you could ask for in a home and more! For days spent inside you can stay entertained with one of the nearly 30 DVDs offered. Launch your boat right around the corner and enter the small canal right into your very own boathouse.

Summary: Had a great time, the stay was very relaxing. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. My only criticism was the pictures made the dock on the lake look closer and more accessible. We brought fishing gear but couldn't be bothered to leave the house to find a spot which forced us to stay a bit longer suffering poolside in the hot tub.

Summary: Perfect place for a family to stay—great for those who want to fish and fun for those who want to stay behind and swim in the pool. Nice hammock for afternoon naps and sitting areas for morning coffee. We appreciated that the home was fully stocked, clean, and tastefully decorated. We can’t wait to return next year!

Summary: Our family of four stayed for several days at Kelly's adorable lake home. The house had EVERYTHING we could have possibly needed and was stocked better than any property we've rented in the past. The kids loved the pool and my husband loved being able to dock the boat just steps away from the back door. It was too hot for kayaking but we plan on coming back in the fall and exploring the lake in the kayaks. Kelly was great about responding to my many questions prior to booking and checked on us after we'd gotten settled in. Overall, it was a great stay that allowed us to just relax and enjoy our time with the kiddos. This is a hidden gem that we'll most definitely book again when we need a little R&R...
