Reviewer Type: Couple
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Location to JMU and having a restaurant onsite. Living room and kitchen were spacious.
Negative: TV kept glitching and wavy picture in bedroom. Maintenance came to fix but not successful. Bed only had sheets on it, no comforter and the bathroom tub was clogged and filled with water while showering. Maintenance was very responsive and did come to fix it.
Summary: It was fine. I very much like the resort and staff. The actual condo needs updating and was underwhelming.

Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Great location on the Massanutten property. Just 20 minutes from JMU. Clean with comfortable beds. Parking right outside the front door.
Negative: Somewhat dated. Kitchen cabinet doors stuck. Could hear the Toilet filling itself throughout the night. Could hear the people on the 2nd floor walking around. Checkin process at the resort is a full check in process with staff. They were nice but it was late and busy, still took 20+ minutes.
