Summary: I would have given it a 5 stars but unfortunately we got locked out of our unit about 3 times during our stay due to faulty and sensitive keys. Staff was helpful and security came all times quite quickly but the manager did insist it wasn’t their fault and likely user error which I wasn’t thrilled about. The least they could do is apologize for the inconvenience and offer alternatives to guarantee it wouldn’t happen again.

Summary: Almost everything about this stay was great. I was afraid we would be having a terrible weekend when we checked in, but once we got through the chaos that was check in, everything was fantastic. Upon arrival, we attempted to check in and spent a good amount of time getting the runaround from the desk staff who tried to convince us that we only had a reservation for the water park. I showed my reservation on my phone, the young lady at the desk took my phone and went in the back with it for a good amount of time and returned to rudely inform us that we should have used express check in. Since I was never told this in advance, I had no clue that it was even a thing. We were then sent on our way, only to discover that our room keys didn't work. They didn't work because we were given the wrong room number. So, back to the check in area we went. We were given the correct room number by a different person (who was very nice and helpful) and finally made it to our room. From then on, everything was great! The resort is great, all of the food was delicious, and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Summary: Room was fantastic. Very spacious and worth it. Only hiccup was the laundry machine provided was outdated, did not work well and tv was very slow. But other than that, we would definitely come back!

Summary: Called asked for clean towels was told no one will bring them and I have to bring the dirty ones to the hotel that was a 7 minute drive away to exchange. I do that the woman there says we dont do that and had to bring the dirty towels back to our place. You have to take your trash to the dumpster and strip bed before check out. The water park was extremely expensive.

Summary: Upon arrival, check in was simple and fast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Condo was spotless and very spacious. Bed was pretty comfortable, bathroom was huge, and plenty of seating in the living area. Nice patio too. It was very quiet. We didn't hear our neighbors at all. There are 2 condos for each door. Would definitely stay here again. Lots to do and beautiful!

Summary: We had problems with our fire alarm going off on and off throughout our weekend. At one point it went off at 5:30 am and woke us up. This problem didn’t get fixed for a while. Other than that it was a great stay!
