Positive: The property had an outstanding view on the surrounding countryside landscape and all rooms were placed in a traditional Sicilian country house. Plenty of open air space for the kids to roam around freely. Its location is perfect to explore the south-west part of Sicily and beyond.

Positive: Beautiful place with fantastic views. Well located for visiting Noto. Lovely big rooms. Very helpful, friendly and smiling staff able to chat easily in many languages. Very impressed by owner in person coming each morning to chat and check in with each table of guests at breakfast switching from one language to another as he went.

Negative: I thought it was all excellent.

Summary: Lovely place with great rooms and views and really friendly staff.

Positive: Exceptional! Huge family appartment (Teatrino). Clean, well equipped including kitchenware. Pivet garden. Great pool. Gret location. Just perfect! Very good breakfast!

Negative: Not really issue. There was one small problem during the breakfast - wasps... The staff tried their best...

Summary: I would like to come back again and to stay longer!

Positive: Amazing Masseria and top notch service. Located slightly out of Noto (20-25 mins by car) on a small hill. Secluded and quiet but full of any service. Spacious rooms, huge floor-to-ceiling bathrooms, nice details in the furniture (loved the wooden chaise longue), little garden with Jacuzzi in our Executive Suite where we enjoyed a fantastic sunset. Great swimming pool and garden to sunbath along with a small bar with a good selection of wine bottles. Terrific breakfast at an extra cost, but worth it. Perfect to stay to relax or to unwind after a busy day around the area. Excellent staff since the check-in communication. Thumbs up!

Positive: Very nice and clean property. Very good breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Negative: Not really fault of the property but quite a few flies during breakfast in our garden. It is in a farming area so is just part of it. If possible I would have liked that there is an option to book dinner more frequently at the property.

Summary: Awesome stay and will definitely consider to come back again.
