Positive: The location was great, near to restaurants, bars and shops. The staff were lovely and helpful and very polite. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and had a good shower.
Negative: Could be improved with a vending machine for drinks and snacks, but is very close (2 mins walking) to shops so this is also an option.
Summary: Great stay, will be returning next time we’re in Istanbul

Positive: Superbe location, you can’t hear any noise from the nearby street which is very active. The rooms a beautiful and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Positive: The hotel is very well located, just a short walk from the main street and with easy access to public transport, which is very convenient for getting around the city.
Negative: However, the rooms are extremely small, to the point of feeling claustrophobic. The bathroom barely fits one person, and moving around the room is quite difficult. I think this place might be fine for a single night or in case of an emergency, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay or a holiday. As for cleanliness, it leaves much to be desired. When I arrived, the bed linen was stained and didn’t seem to have been properly washed. The shower was dirty, and on one of the cleaning days, it wasn’t cleaned at all. These details really detracted from the overall experience

Positive: Everything was perfect ! The room itself had wonderful amenities ! In the heart of Istanbul and in the heart of all the beautiful restaurants ! Wonderful staff and perfect check-in and check-out time ! The TV had everything you needed with all the channels , Netflix etc ! And the details of the smallest things made it more beautiful ( there was a paper where you could leave your review) and it was such a thoughtful gesture !
Negative: The rooms were a little small but it was not a problem at all because all the other amenities gave perfectness !

Positive: This is an excellent value for money in the heart of Beyoğlu, where nothing is affordable. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly young staff, the cleanliness, and comfort. I would definitely recommend it.
Negative: There were no hooks on any of the walls, so it was hard to keep the towels clean
