Positive: Very peaceful and spacious villa! Lovely quality property and very aesthetic. The private pool (shaded so a bit cold) with outdoor couch was lovely and private. Staff were lovely and even though the restaurant wasn’t opened you could buy coffee from them in the morning. Definitely a place for you if you want a quiet, tranquil setting away from the crowds but also fairly easy to get to Melasti beach (clean, good swimming), Greenbowl beach (most stunning beach in the area in my opinion) but you could also get to Ungasan beach clubs and restaurants pretty easily via Grab or with a scooter.
Negative: Didn’t matter for me as I liked it being quiet but if you are hoping to stay close to somewhere very lively and busy you are best to stay closer to the centre of Uluwatu

Negative: The only thing I would add is a drying rail outside on the wall for wet swimwear or a towel

Positive: The location was good, near the best beach club of Uluwatu. The hotel is brand new, we were among the first client. The staff is very friendly.
Negative: Problems with hot water.. We think that the fact that this is a new hotel didn't deserve us. It was a big problem for us cause we couldn't shower when we want.

Positive: My husband and I loved how spacious and stylish the loft villas are. They have a modern and comfortable vibe to them which made us feal at home. Also large entrance & parking area and not far from shops & cafés by scooter. Very attentive and helpful staff. It was easy to arrange for a rental scooter on WhatsApp 30 min before arrival and our loft villa was even ready 1 hour before regular check in time.
Negative: Unfortunately our pool was in the shade all day, so the water was always cold. We were in No. 1 and Loft Villas 1-5 are in the shade. If you get Loft Villas 6-10 your pool will be more sunny. Apart from that the bed was rather hard but we still slept really well. :)

Positive: The hosts and staff were super kind and warm. They were very responsive too. Nothing to fault on hospitality.
Negative: I'm not sure if it's because the property is so new, they have yet to get a good grip on pest control. I found millipedes in my room several times and had to spray them down. The upside is that the staff is super prompt in helping clean them out. But still, it was something I was pretty shocked by.

Positive: The design of these villas is excellent, they are a very good sized villa, staff were helpful.
Negative: A very well built villa but seems some finishing touches are a little cheap, ie the bed wasn’t that comfortable and the blinds weren’t great.
