Located in the hub of Matakana just a 3 minute walk to the village with parking available. Located behind the main house the cottage is quaint and cosy and suitable for 2 people only (king bed or 2 singles) Fully self contained with tea/coffee/toaster/fridge . There is plenty of outdoor space with a wrap around deck and small BBQ for your use . Beaches, golf course, vineyards nearby as well as restaurants , coffee bars all just minutes away.
Minimum 2 nights.
One small dog welcome - please ask at time of booking to discuss . Note: We are on the main road and not 100% fenced so pet owners would need to be aware of this and bring their own dog bedding. Check in/out time is negotiable , please ask.

Summary: It suited us just fine, Glenys is a lovely host. The gardens a lovely filled with native birds in the morning. For a small unit there was everything we needed.

Summary: This gorgeous property is in the heart of Matakana and only a couple of minutes walk to all that Matakana offers, great eateries and fabulous shops. Our hosts were lovely and gave us total privacy, but were happy to chat with us when we approached them. A really lovely couple. The room was perfect for us, a very comfy bed. The ensuite was small but we knew that and the shower had good pressure. We enjoyed our breakfast outside in the private area, and the gardens were lovely to look at. We will definitely return. Thank you so much

Summary: Very clean, well equipped kitchenette, comfortable king size bed, home made jams, butter & organic milk provided. Really enjoyed stay 2 nights. Easy 2 min walk shops, reasturants, hotel are great. 4 square has everything you might need! Only 6km to Warworth.

Summary: Great spot for 2 nights. Lovely being out back by the garden with lots of privacy. Easy check in/out process, clean, comfortable. Very grateful to have such a nice option that allows small dogs. And grateful for the coffee and yummy jam for breakfast!
