North facing open plan holiday home, great for relaxing with family and friends. 6 seater dining room table, bathroom with shower vanity toilet plus and extra separate toilet. Outdoor shower. Plenty of room for summer fun, outdoor deck with BBQ area, with outdoor drinks fridge. Large section that can be used for tents, outdoor games, easy off street parking. Quiet location. Very easy care as it has a concrete floor in main living area. The west facing wall is a large garage door that can be opened up all day to enjoy the outdoors.

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at this bach. Easy walk to beach, Golf Club for dinner was great just around the corner. Four Square had great selection, Liquor shop with lots of options, Pipers Cafe for Breakfast lunch or dinner. Close to Whangapoua, Kuaotuna and a quick drive over the hill to Whitianga if you need a change in scenery. Bach was clean, 3 small bedrooms 2 with wardrobes, bathroom and two toilets plus outside shower - great.. Pool table, table tennis and Spacie machine plus card games and others. huge open plan indoor area giving plenty of space for big family groups. Would have been good to have bikes to ride around perhaps smart tv for those rainy days but not a biggie .. Thanks guys - was very relaxing

Summary: Harley and Janine were super helpful for all aspects of our stay. The beds were comfortable, great shower but the best was all the fun things to keep the kids occupied at night! Good private location. Highly recommend!

Summary: This property is well located in Matarangi and is as described/advertised. Some of the rules around cleaning I found to be a bit strict - ie must wash and dry all the sheets on the day of checkout, can use dishwashing tablets but must replace what you use. Would have preferred an additional cleaning fee to cover these situations. There were rules in place around cleaning before you left however the bach was quite dusty/dirty. However overall the bach was comfortable enough and suited our short stay.

Summary: A great place to stay for families. Plenty of activities for all ages. Large living space made it easy to entertain. A bit of a walk to the beach but close to other areas too.

Summary: Great location.. . Easy walk to and along the estuary. Also to the beach. Good space on the deck, especially at night when all kids are stargazing. Good grass area for tents or gazebo.Great open plan, indoor outdoor flow. Easy to keep an eye on all the kids with open plan living. Clean tidy and well presented.
