Positive: Excellent location in central Mataro with easy access to the beach, train station, all local cafes, restaurants, and shops. The flat had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The terrace was a bonus!
Negative: We didn' find the keys where they were supposed to be, but it was quickly resolved.

Positive: Location, Pastisseria next door (best breakfast).
Negative: The apartment incl. the equipment is a bit out of shape. It would deserve a renovation. 200€ deposit was required, which was a surprise as it is not stated anywhere, but it is not a problem. The deposit was returned not within7 day after the check-out (as stated in the contract) but after 12 days after our reminder. f you want to cook you will probably find the kitchen equipment insufficient.
