Summary: Pretty on the outside and nice property but our barrel smelled strongly of sewage and we couldn’t figure out how to fix it. Also did not get the free tour you get if you book with the hotel directly so was bummed about that. Otherwise staff was nice and it was a fun one time novelty

Summary: Everything was great and worked well. Water was a bit cold we couldn’t figure out how to warm it up. Pool was being redone so that was a bummer

Summary: The hotel is a gem in the beautiful town of Tequila. Service was great and room comfortable. The food at the restaurants both for breakfast and lunch were amazing

Summary: Besides you are paying usd300 per night the service on the staff are not the BEST they do need to be trained for customer service purposes. Restaurant hours is stated until 8. 30 pm but they turn off the equipment at 8. Check out is at 11 am that is a shame that they want to charge you an extra for delaying the check out
