Positive: Drinks in the hotel lounge are inexpensive, location is convenient especially if you're taking public transit
Negative: Rooms need some maintenance, a piece of the top of the bathroom door fell off randomly the first morning we were there, elevators are slow every time we have stayed there, mattresses in the regular rooms could be replaced as the one I was in had quite the permanent dip in it from where everyone sleeps
