Summary: Perfect for us (3 women over 55). Well situated, safe, clean, well equipped. Everything you need is around the apartment. Great neighborhood. Fantastic first week of our Korean Tour ! All equipped for recycling everything.The apartment needs a little TLC the shower, the kitchen, etc… but not a problem for us

Summary: It was so perfectly situated . Right on the subway line so easy access to anywhere you want to go. Great food near by and the owner was so accommodating to our needs. Definitely a great stay!!

Summary: Plus- Excellent location. Short walk to subway, bus, grocery store. Facility is more run down. The wall paper is stained and ripped. The shower floods the bathroom unless you make a dam with a towel as there is no rim anymore. The shower ran hot and cold. Very cheaply furnished. The bed downstairs squeeked every time we sat on it. The one table was broken. It wouldn’t take much to improve the property. It was a place to lay our heads after wandering the city. It did the job

Summary: The place was very easy to find, located near the subway station of Eungam. At the opposite side of the road bit further to right, there is an amazing japanese restaurant that you can visit. Just a bummer that we came just right after the rain season because the walls were bit damaged because of that.

Summary: The basic amenities were good for this property. We liked being so close to the Emart for groceries and having a kitchenette was great. The sleeping accommodations in the loft were satisfactory. The place was not as clean or in good shape as I would have expected. The table was broken and did not extend out so you could not have more than two people eating from there. There were numerous places on the walls that felt dirty and greasy. For the price, it was fine and met our basic needs.

Summary: The host speaks english well and is responsive and the apartment is very clean. Instructions from the host are clear and the apt is easy to find. Beware though that location is far from the center of seoul. The mezzanine floor where the bed gets pretty hot as the location of the aircon cant circulate the cold air there.
