Summary: The unit was perfect for two of us, with a pull out couch in addition to the Murphy bed. It had a full kitchen (but bring your own knives)! The lanai has a beautiful view of the really nice pool and past that the palm trees along the beach. The boardwalk goes right beneath the unit and you can walk it a long way, or watch all the joggers run by. We would walk to the Westin every morning for Starbucks, and walk back on the beach in the gentle warm waves. It was very quiet at night and very safe. I only wish it had less furniture inside, it is a little crowded and not all of it is necessary. It is on the second floor, which was nice so we could leave the screen doors open at night for a breeze, as there is no AC, but there are overhead fans. Parking is about a 1.5 block walk, but I liked that because there was no car noise. There was an additional $25 a day charge for the resort that I was not expecting, and the resort also changed our door lock BEFORE our check out time so we were locked out of our unit just as we were wishing to get our things and head to the airport, which took about 25 minutes to correct. The beach is perfect here, gentle waves you can float on all day and just glide in and out. The wind kicks up in the afternoon, but it seems less windy and wavey here than the rest of the island. It is a great location to drive to many things, or walk to restaurants and the very nice Whaler Village Mall. So pleasant, thank you!

Summary: The place was in a perfect location. The room was adequate for our needs. Didn’t know we couldn’t use the washer and dryer in the unit, so our clothes could have used some washing. The internet was super slow. Everything else, great.

Summary: Beautiful property with magical sunset views of Kaanapali beach. After the sun goes down, the torches glowing over the pool below provide a peaceful evening for casual conversation or star gazing. The unit itself is well-equipped in the kitchen and spacious with a living area, sleeping and extra large washroom. Definitely will come back.

Summary: Accurately displayed in photos, view of ocean is even better than photos show! Amazing location steps to beach, easy drive to anything else. Only hiccup was check in process/communication from property management group. Email said would receive text with check-in info seven days before check in day, but never got anything, had to call to receive them. Then upon check in front desk didn’t have our reservation so had to fill out a bunch of paperwork for them and wait quite a while for them to enter everything into the computer. Other than those 2 things everything was great! We would return.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at the Maui Ka’anapali Villas, but the first time in this unit. Conveniently located by the pool with views of the ocean. Unit itself could use some repairs, but all very minor such as paint. Overall, great place for a couple. We had our teenage son with us who slept on the pullout and it got to be a bit tight. He is 6’5” so perhaps that had something to do with it (ha, ha). Price for the unit was exceptional, especially after hearing what other guests paid for their room while chatting at the pool.

Summary: The sofa sleeper was extremely uncomfortable, the washer in the unit didn't work. The place needs a deep clean and attention to detail. The front desk staff was not friendly nor was the staff at the restaurant. The location was amazing!

Summary: 2nd time renting in property. Location on second level with only stairs for access. Close to many amenities which made it convenient. Fine size for 2 guests. Washer did not operate, but concerns were taken care of. Would consider again.
