Summary: Great option in MAun for the beginning or end of safari. The views across the river were nice, especially if you like watching a wide variety of birds come and go. Restaurant service is quite slow but teh food was very good.

Summary: Solid hotel if you need a night or two in Maun. Food was a bit pricey and not exceptional, but not bad. Staff was excellent and helpful. Room was clean, which is key. All around solid choice for the price.

Summary: Maun lodge is a great place to start or finish any Botswana safari. The location is quiet and green with free airport pick-up/drop off. Also excellent dining on site!

Summary: Main Lodge is an oasis in Maun. It was a great place to stay before and after any safari to Botswana. The place is very nice, clean and convenient to the airport (free shuttle). The dining is onsite and DELICIOUS!

Summary: We spent 3 nights at the Maun Lodge. It is a bit older, but considering its convenience and free airport shuttle, we were happy with our stay. The room itself was basic but very clean and house keeping came every day to tidy up and replace any dirty towels and restock complimentary still water bottles to the room. The restaurant is busy and offers a decent menu. The staff is friendly and helpful with whatever you need. We enjoyed the pool on our final day. It is a cold water pool, but we were happy lounging in the lounge chairs and enjoying the shade and quiet. Overall, we would stay again if we return to Maun.

Summary: No view as advertised and staff booked us a cab that charged us 10usd for a trip that was 5 but otherwise this was a great place to stay. Boma restaurant and staff lovely

Summary: This was a quaint hotel that is very convenient to the airport. I stayed here for one night after arriving in Maun the day before going on a safari. The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was basic but clean. The TV was a little wonky (but I think it was my specific TV because the one in my parents' room was fine). I had chosen a regular room and it was comfortable enough for me. My parents' choose a river view room, but found when they arrived that the river was dry, so it was more or less just looking at a grassy area. The restaurant at the lodge was very good! It's an open air restaurant (with covered sections), so it is almost magical on a nice night. They had a fire pit lit and it was just a beautiful experience. I didn't go to the pool, but I looked at it and it seemed like a nice pool area.

Summary: Friendly staff, large breakfast. Rooms are spacious and clean. A good place to stay close to Maun airport before/after a safari with bonus of free airport transportation
