Positive: Very nice view and very nice and well kept building. Very large rooms.
Negative: I would be nice if they offered breakfast but they are rooms for rent and not a hotel and the price does represent that so it’s ok. I

Positive: Easy to reach from the main street. Very spacious, simple and clean. Nice welcoming from the host with cold water and a cake. The balcony is huge and you can dinner outside enjoying a marvelous view.
Negative: The beach is not reachable walking but still is very close by car.
Summary: Very good for a day or two.
