Max Ave Beach House is an older style beach house just a short stroll to the back surf beach. Fancy a spot of Golf? The house backs onto the St Andrew’s Beach Golf Club. The house sits on a 3000 m2 block of land, lots of room for the kids to run around and play. The rear deck is a lovely spot to sit back and just unwind with a cuppa or a glass of wine.
The ground level consists of open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a two way open fireplace, perfect to relax by on a cold winters day by. Also downstairs is a rumpus room with a table tennis table, one double bedroom and bathroom
Upstairs there is a landing area with sofa and television. There are two double bedrooms and one bunk room with two sets of bunks and 2 trundle beds and a bathroom.
Linen is not provided, but can be organised through an external company at an additional cost.
Ample parking is available with a circular driveway and carport.
This is a perfect spot for a family holiday or friends to get together.

Summary: We loved our stay at Saint Andrews beach. The host Maxine was very contactable and accommodating. There was lots of different breakout areas for everybody to have breaks away from the group and it was also a walking distance to the beach. House is even more spacious than it may seem in the photos. It’s also set on a very private block. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! Thanks Maxine!

Summary: We stayed for a girls night, and the house was fabulous. Lots of space inside and out, well equipped for everyone who stayed, peaceful and surrounded by nature.A bit rustic, the occasional animal smell, but very comfortable. We would go back and we would definitely recommend.

Summary: Maxine’s beach house was perfect for a wonderful weekend catching up with family friends and their kids - super clean, comfortable, close to beach, plenty of space to run around, close to breweries, wineries and the springs. Maxine was a thoughtful and communicative host. Reccommend!

Summary: Lovely place with a cottage vibe. Loved the decors and ambience perfect fit for a girls or couple getaway. The peninsula hotsprings were 15 mins away so the location was perfect for us.

Summary: Maxine is a kind and attentive host, and replies quickly! The house is tucked away in a very quiet location, with lots of trees around and is a 10 minute walk from a very secluded beach. Good shops and pubs nearby, 2 golf courses nearby. Aircon upstairs and downstairs, 3 seating/entertainment areas (inside, outside and upper deck), 2 couch/TV areas, good beds. The house itself is an older build, and has that classic beach house feel to it, it's very homely. If you're looking for a quiet getaway on the peninsula you'd be silly to look elsewhere.
