Positive: Modern, clean cottage with lovely views of the countryside. We really appreciated the air-conditioning on the hot/humid days of our stay. The heated pool is a really nice addition to the property. Overall this was a great value especially with the quick drives Cavandish and North Rustico and the many beaches in the area.

Positive: This is by far, the best cottages to stay in when you are visiting Cavendish. I have stayed in a few, and this one is up to date, clean, heated pool on the property, easy parking, easy to access the keys to the room, and an outstanding and helpful host.
Negative: Everything was excellent.
Summary: The comfortable and clean cottages made this vacation worth the money and time

Positive: Comfortable, exceptionally clean cottages that felt like home. Playground for kids was a nice perk. Just minutes to several beaches and Avonlea Village shops and restaurants. Having a kitchen was so convenient for relaxing at home. Sunsets from the deck were beautiful!

Positive: We had a very nice cottage, very clean, new furniture and floors. Cottage had a deck with bbq, flat screen tv, dishwasher, fridge, stove. Beds were very comfy, nice bathroom. Very quiet place to stay. Very friendly host. I like that they have a rule that they don't allow the smoking of Cannabis on the property because I can't stand the smell of it. I am not a fish person so I also like the rule the you can't cook any fresh fish in the cottage. Quiet time is 10pm and they don't allow kids to running around the property after quiet time so that is also a bonus. In the middle of 4 Cavendish Golf Courses and only 5-10 mins to the center of Cavendish. Lots of restaurants nearby and shopping. Charlottetown is just a 1/2 hour drive away and about the same or little more to drive to Summerside. Very close to Anne of Green Gables House and the children's theme parks (Shining Waters and Sandspit), about 5-8 mins away. I really like the nice open property with great views of the country side. While we did not go to the beach it is only 5-10 mins away as well. I would recommend this property to anyone who is quiet but not to anyone who wants to come and party. We will refer this property to our family and friends and plan to return again.
