Do you want to be a few hundred yards from one of the best beaches in world? This charming, newly built three bedroom home is steps away from bayside beach next to Mayflower Beach (known to be the best beach on Cape Cod). Kid friendly and safe, this beach has a low tide that affords children to explore tidal pools and allow parents to relax from a distance or find their own solitude through long walks on miles of beach and dune. In the evening, the sun sets over the Cape Cod Bay to create a bucolic and romantic atmosphere. Once here, you can literally leave your car parked. The property sits between two of the Cape's most popular restaurants- 'Chapin's' which is a new and popular family restaurant with an outdoor deck and a large bar area with nightly entertainment in a neighborhood atmosphere and 'Gina's' which is famous for its intimate setting and chef-inspired Italian cuisine.
Dennis, named the All American Town in 1978, is located in the middle of the Cape and remains small and delightful to visit. All Cape attractions are easily accessible from this central location with tennis and golf courses only minutes away. The first Summer Theater in America, The Cape Playhouse, is just down the street, as well as scores of antique shops, fine clothing stores, art galleries, superb restaurants, a marine aquarium & park, harbors with boat launching, rental & charter facilities. There are two fine restaurants within walking distance. We have two PGA certified golf courses, plus public and private tennis within three miles. The Cape Cod bike trail (a lovely 21 mile trail along salt marshes, lakes, ponds, cranberry bog and sand dunes) starts in Dennis. Tobey Farm (oldest family farm on cape cod) is two miles away. The Johnny Kelly Recreation Area, named after the famous Boston Marathoner who makes his home in this 'All American Town Of Dennis' is only five miles away.

Summary: Bayview was AMAZING! We stayed here from 9/2/16 - 9/8/16 By far, the best homeaway rental experience we've had. Exactly as pictured, very clean, ideal location, plenty of room/parking... I can go on and on and on...we loved it here so much!! Kids were super disappointed we had to leave and my 4 year old told us he wished we lived there. Linda/Joe are great to work with - communication is quick and responsive, and deposit was returned before I even had a chance to remember it was still outstanding. We will definitely be coming back to this place next year. Thanks for letting us stay, we made lots of great memories here!

Summary: My family was blown away by our villa and our stay here. The house is well designed to give you everything you could possibly need. My husband, 4 year old and 11 month old traveled from Los Angeles andstayed here 3 nights. We walked to and from the beach all day long (easy to accommodate naps). It's a 2 minute walk to the beach and the Villa provides a wagon to easily tote the provided beach chairs, sand toys, a cooler, blanket and beach towels. You will not find a more beautiful beach. The spot on Mayflower Beach that you walk to is surrounded by private beaches and is farther down from the big public beach. We were often the only people in sight. If you have young kids, this beach is made for them. Even my crawling baby could play in the water and the tide pools... And my four year old, who's usually scared of the ocean, had the time of his life in the water as the tide rolled in and out. The kitchen has everything you need, you just supply the groceries. They even have a huge pot for lobsters which we made good use of with some the yummiest lobsters we've ever eaten. Dennis has great restaurants... two of which you can walk to from the villa. And the Dennis Market and Ice Cream Smuggler are a MUST. Linda was very accommodating and answered my questions via email in a timing manor. I was a little nervous sending a check in the mail for the deposit due to how many scams are out there, but it was all good. We don't often return to the same place twice... but we will definitely be back here!

Summary: The villas are so well designed to accommodate all your guests. And so close to the beach and Chapins resteraunt . We have been renting in Dennis village for 35 yrs and we've found our happy place.

Summary: This property was absolutely wonderful! A brand new house with a great location, just a short walk to the private beach. The beach was beautiful, white sand, clear water, and plenty of room every day. The house was decorated in a cute beach theme and so many ammenities; Kurig coffee maker, beach towels and beach chairs for each occupant, gas grill and fire ring on the patio. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable beds. The kitchen is all equipped and also very spacious. We can't say enough good about this rental...Close to the Dennis Market, Pizza places and Ice Cream. We had a family of 7, all adults and had plenty of room. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and can't wait to go back! Thank you, Hannigans, for helping to make our family vacation so great!

Summary: only worry in the world is the tide gonna reach my chair... Heaven on earth in these clean, quaint, little sea side cottages where your neighbors feel like friends in less than a week and everybody knows your name at Chapin's! What could be better than spending the day at one of the Top 10 Beaches on the East Coast, only to walk home, enjoy a refreshing shower underneath a setting sun, a quick change of clothes and walk around the corner to enjoy one of the best meals we've ever eaten at Gina's By the Sea (known for their Italian, but don't miss out on the Filet Mignon!). Oh and say hi to Larry for us! I could go on and on about these little gems by the sea - AND THEIR OWNERS who take great care of them and us - but I won't, for fear of too many falling in love with our little piece of heaven and us not getting our 'prime time' next year! Enjoy ~
