Positive: Our host kindly allowed us to check in early. The accommodation is very nice, we had stayed before in a basic apartment, this one C4 was much better. It has a nice little terrace between the pool and the sea, although it is on the footpath we felt private because of the beautiful flowering shrubs. We stayed in June and the weather was perfect, we were able to swim in the sea and the pool. There is really no need to leave the site. We did one shopping trip in Bormes Les Mimosas big supermarket for the week. The fridge is large so we stocked up. The bed is very wide and takes up the entire floor space, but that was ok. There was only two of us and any more people would have a struggle to be comfortable. I think I should mention that there are negative reviews which are a bit unfair. Yes the cars are parked slightly away from the dwellings but that enables the area to be pretty well car free. Yes you need to be mobile, there are steps and you must be prepared for that. I think the advantages totally outweigh the disadvantages, this was our third stay and we are definitely planning another. Overall, it’s a quiet, beautiful resort, the gardens that surround the apartments are beautifully cared for and just fabulous, glimpses of the sea between the trees is heavenly. In June everything was in flower. Being away from the main road enabled us to forget the outside world for an entire week.
Negative: We arrived to be advised by our host that she needed to be paid a cleaning fee in cash. This was a surprise as we thought the cleaning was included. She wrote down the price of 60€ then crossed it out and changed it to 70€. Then on check out the lady was complaining that we hadn’t done sufficient cleaning ourselves. She was offhand and rather upset us actually. Another thing which was irksome was the lack of wifi provision. Before, when we stayed we were able to pick up free wifi near the reception now there is no such thing and we had to use expensive data. This needs to be highlighted in the information as it’s a requirement these days.
Summary: Our third stay in a beautifully maintained holiday village. We will be back next year.

Positive: The pool is fantastic (opened from 10 to 19), accommodation is modern. Sofa can be transformed to bed). There is tiny room with 3 level bed, which can be used only for kids (too small and too noisy), double bed was ok. The beach is easily accessible and the water there is crystal clear.
Negative: They asked for additional 50e for sheets (just before arrival) and also 50e for cleanup (just before leaving).
Summary: Fantastic, but they ask for additional fees in cash

Positive: The apartment was calm, comfortable and very clean. It is near to the beach.
Negative: Noone knew at the resort why the name Mazet was advertised in the title on booking.com location page. The number of steps to and from the apartment with no safety rail. The car park is about 10 minute walk depending on which level you can find a place to park. Although there is at first a flat road to pull the luggage along, afterwards there was no ramp going down or up to the apartment from the road so the luggage containers provided by the resort were difficult to manage on the high steps. Unless you wish to do the same thing, it is necessary to have two access keys, one for the gate to the beach and the other for the swimming pool. It isnt always easy to combine activities with only one access key.
