Positive: The apartment and the building are impeccable. A rare find, the apartment is stylish, very well equipped and well connected. The bed is extremely comfortable. Maria is a wonderful host, really kind and easy to communicate with.

Positive: The apartment itself is pleasant – it is clean, quiet, and well-located. Also it has a garage which is important in Vienna as parking on the street is not allowed. The lift goes almost directly from the garage to the apartment

Negative: However, the kitchen equipment is far too minimal for an apartment stay. There are only four of each item (teaspoons, forks, plates, etc.), which means you are constantly forced to wash dishes and can hardly use the dishwasher. It is impossible to cook or work comfortably in the kitchen without repeatedly running out of basic utensils. Another drawback is the complete lack of proper wardrobe and storage space. Instead of a closed closet, there is only a simple rack with a few hangers, leaving clothes exposed to dust. There are also virtually no shelves or surfaces to store personal belongings, so I had to keep most of my things in my suitcase in the small winter garden.

Positive: The apartment is great! Impeccably clean, very quiet, and well equipped. The bed is very comfortable, and we really enjoyed having our morning coffee on the totally quiet balcony! Having a private parking spot directly in the building is exceptionally convenient—no need to worry about parking in Vienna! The location is also excellent: about 5 minutes to Westbahnhof, from where there’s a great direct connection to the city center. A special thanks to the host—despite our spontaneous booking and late arrival, Maria responded promptly and was very welcoming! I highly recommend this apartment!
