Summary: Hotel itself had just been refurbished so everything was pretty new. One of our main problems was we didn’t have WiFi the 3 days we stayed. They had a sign stating they were having problems with it. This didn’t help my wife and I as we’re both self employed and rely heavily on WiFi when we’re away. The hotel itself didn’t have much of an atmosphere at nights even though they did have entertainment on the 3 nights we were there.

Summary: Breakfast was poor. We were met by a teenager chewing gum. Food was slopped out by the chef. Ie not cooked to order and had to queue up to get food. Food quality was only OK. Awoken during the night (3 times) by drunk guests outside our door - hotel staff should have known this was going on and should have sorted it out.

Summary: There was nothing one could complain about. The staff were on the ball, very friendly and helpful. Vey conversant with the amenities in the area. Highly recommend this hotel as the staff make it a better place than most.
