Summary: Some of the staffs are very friendly and some of them are not. Also, the room is pretty wearing out. Breakfast is not being refilled properly and takes long to be refilled. Service is not good. Room service is good.

Summary: This is my second stay at this hotel. While most of the staff, including the housekeeping team, were warm and welcoming, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the front desk employees. During my first visit, she handled my check-in, and on my second visit, she processed my check-out. On both occasions, she was rude, never said "thank you," and had an unfriendly demeanor. I'm not sure if this was due to a language barrier or something else, but it made my experience less pleasant. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the other staff members, but I hope the hotel can improve its front desk service to ensure a more consistent and welcoming experience for all guests.

Summary: Staffs are just fine. Depending on the person, they will just tell you they don’t have those kind of service or item when they do.. lazy.. Rooms are ok.. but, it is wear out. Breakfast… lazy on refill the items not really friendly service..
