The spacious great room game table next to the fireplace, provides space for all 8 guests to play poker, cards and table pool. The large kitchen overlooking the living/dining areas includes all amenities needed for the chef in your group to cook and be part of the fun. Main level includes the living space, a primary bedroom with en-suite and powder room. Upstairs is a second primary bedroom with en-suite and private patio along with a loft area. Loft has two twin beds and desk area, making it the ideal space for any remote working or learning while on vacation. Mountain style furnishings enhance the feeling of being in a ski resort any time of year and getting away from it all. The bright light and views from all windows on the third story condo keeps the outdoors close.

Summary: Property was well managed and we had everything we needed. Just taking a star off because floorplan was a little funky and furnishings a bit dated. Considering the price, I would have expected it to be all dialed in.

Summary: 1. When attempting to depart, we were injured by a falling window blind (can provide photos) as we attempted to close it. It was clearly missing one side of the support bolts and bloodied our daughter's face due to the impact. We have not received any incident report or follow up attempt by the property owner/management regarding this to date. This is absurd and far below industry service standards, much like the rest of this unit. 2. “Guests must store all equipment in their individual unit." Everyone else in the building did this but we were not allowed? 3. No ski in/ski out as advertised. Not even close. This building is 2 parking lots and the entire way across the street of Kirkwood Meadows Drive. This IS NOT SKI IN OR SKI OUT by any definition. This entire unit was grossly overpriced and misleading. 4. This is BARELY a parking space as I could not open any doors on one side of the car in order to make it fit into this tiny crawl space joke of a "designated" space. " 5. Inadequate hot water supply. We were only seven in a space claiming to sleep 8 but ran out of hot water 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. 6. Dirty dishes upon arrival. We had to reclean the entire kitchenware and utensils upon arrival. 7. No mention or access provided for a common use recreation room other tenants enjoyed and were confused as to why we didn't have access. 8. We were not allowed a very small, well trained dog but everyone else in the building had pets.

Summary: This was the perfect place for our 8-person ski trip. Plenty of space for everyone, and the location cannot be beat. The only improvement I would make is to add some sort of mat by the door where we can put snow-covered boots to dry.

Summary: A day before our trip I had not received instruction on how to enter the condo so I called. Kim was very patient with me, she found the reservation and sent an email with a link to get the condo entry information. I could get it to work so I called back. Kim then email the information directly. The next night my family arrived. (I stayed home because I tested positive on day 9 of Covid.) They got to the door and tried the code. It didn't work and another nice family answered the door. It took a few minute for my family to contact me, and Bryce at Pyramid Peak and we figured out my mistake. We had arrived for our reservation a year early. Fortunately Pyramid Peak had another condo available. Bryce called me to let me know that my family was being taken care of and that everything was okay. I was so upset and he stayed on the line until I started to calm down. Truly great customer service. The condo was wonderful too. I tested negative that evening and drove up to join my family the next morning. The cousins loved their time together in the bunk room (They're in their 20's and are off at college so they don't see each other as much as they did as kids.) The skiing was fun and easy to get to. Lunch and meals in the condo were easy, delicious, and could accommodate the many dietary restrictions in the group. It was a wonderful trip.

Summary: The unit itself is in good shape. The overall building has some deferred maintenance (broken tile baseboard in lobby, broken railings near entryway). There are many TV's but none that is particularly large or convenient for a family to watch. Unit was clean and well maintained. Furnishings are unique.
