Positive: Friendly and helpful owner. Helped with advice on visits and making bookings. Great location for walks to the beach. Great to gave bikes available, lots of quiet back lanes. The garden and pool were beautiful and there were lots of birds around especially in the morning. Sitting in the terrace or lying in the hammock was so relaxing. Tasty and good value food.

Negative: All was good.

Positive: Host is quite helpful.

Negative: It’s a house with 4 rooms in total. We booked 3 rooms, but the 4th was given to another person. Would have loved if the owner blocked it for our privacy reasons. But I cannot complain given it’s his commercial interests. There were no issues with personal at 4th independent bedroom.

Summary: Property is still getting final touches, but our stay was comfortable. Rooms are just okay size.

Positive: I had a wonderful stay and was fully satisfied with everything. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. The overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant, making the stay very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

Positive: The property is set back from the main road so whilst it is a short walk to the beach, it is quiet and in a lovely location. Bijesh, the owner, was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating, helping to make my stay relaxing, easy and comfortable. The property itself is in a large, enclosed garden with an outside pool. My room was on the first floor and I had a large outside terrace as well as access to the kitchen. The bathroom was large, clean with good hot water supply. The bedroom itself was a good size although since it had both a large double bed and two single beds there wasn't actually much space to move around in it. The bed was comfortable although the pillows were not particularly good. Bijesh arranged for breakfast to be brought to me each morning and he was flexible on the timing for this. The wifi was excellent. There was plenty of on-site parking available.

Negative: Very little! If I am being picky I would have liked more space inside the room by having just one bed, not one double and two singles and the pillows could have been better.

Summary: A large, clean and comfortable property for an excellent price with a delightful owner
