Positive: The location is great if you are using public transport or have a vehicle. If you have a vehicle you have lots of safe secure parking onsite. If you are relying on public transport there is a bus stop 2 minutes walk away with frequent buses to Suva which costs F$1.03 each way (you will need to have an etransport card) with frequent buses and only 10-15 minutes. This leads me to the second great thing, there is a roadside farmers market next door where you can get fresh produce plus a supermarket (MH superfresh) and several other food places 30 seconds walk. There is an ATM where you can withdraw cash 27/7. If you looking for even more options either a short walk 10 minutes is Kundan Singh supermarket and additional shops (2-3 minutes drive). Taxi's are frequent past the area and you can hail one on the road side easily or even make arrangements with Farhaad who has transportation services available. The accommodation was clean and tidy and the studio that I chose while quite tight for 2 people is perfect for a solo person. The other units were bigger so if you need the space just book a non-studio room (simple). During the day there was enough breeze which didn't require air conditioning to be used even though it was available and working. Due to personal preference, I only used it in the evening. Bed was super comfortable and it was peaceful at night no dogs barking. For people who are familiar with tropical country living what was also really nice was no mosquitos and lizards to annoy you :-) Farhaad and Villi were very welcoming and any questions I had were answered promptly there were also instructions and contact details displayed clearly in the room.
Negative: The only 2 detractors which didn't impact me but are worth noting 1. Free WIFI, the signal strength was inconsistent a wifi booster would probably address this easily. As I use my mobile as a hotspot this wasn't a show stopper. I did need to ask for the WIFI password which would have probably been more efficient if it was placed in the room with all the other instructions and contact details. 2. Accessibility of many of the rooms requires navigating a series of steps so if you have an issue with mobility might be worth checking with Farhaad if there is a room available with step-free access. Again this wasn't an issue for me but could be an issue with less able people who struggle with stairs. If you are over 185cm (6 ft 1inch) some of the entranceways may feel low.

Positive: Very convenient location, close to everything, easily get a taxi to go to town Very quite and private.
Negative: A bit more interactive with the management staff of the property.
Summary: I will definitely recommend the place for family members and friends as a place to stay
