Fully furnished home near The Texas Medical Center with easy access to Downtown and Galleria. This is a remodeled home with all new furnishings, 4 bedroom, 2 bath. Situated in a quiet neighborhood. This home is safe and secure with a privacy fence all around and automatic gate. This is not a condo, townhouse or apartment. We own the whole block which has 7 homes including a park. All utilities are included along with Wi-Fi and TV Package. The Kitchen has all new stainless appliances and is fully stocked with cookware to prepare meals. This home is turn-key ready to live in.
All homes are completely sanitized between tenants.
Helen and Van Arnold own many homes in the neighborhood and mange all the homes themselves. They care for the homes and the tenants like family.
Only 8 minute drive to the hospitals. Lots of local shopping, restaurants and stores.

Summary: This property is a comfortable, clean, and quiet place to stay within close proximity to the Medical Center. My family of 7 enjoyed 7 weeks here while I was getting treatment at MD Anderson. We had plenty of room, and enjoyed the large drive, gated yard, and fenced in park on the other side of our gated fence. The street is very quiet. Starbucks, Super Target, CVS, fast food, Walmart, HEB grocery, NRG stadium are all about 20 min or less drive from the home. We could access Rice Village, and Herman Park easily from that side of town. Be mindful to give extra travel time during work week busy traffic: 7-10 AM, and 3:30-6 PM. The Arnold’s are very attentive and welcoming, and live down the street if you need anything. We will defiantly stay here again should we need a long term stay in Houston.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was very clean and everything was as described. My husband’s treatment at MD Anderson went on for months and it was great having Van and Helen so responsive to any repairs needed or just answering questions we had. The home was furnished beautifully and the private gated yard gave us a real feeling of safety and security. The home is only 10 minutes from the hospitals but gives the feeling of living in the country.
