Positive: Nice clean rooms, great view and a great staff. Vicky and Frank were very helpful and great hosts. The sunset is magical: it disappears exactly behind mount Agung!

Positive: Some 4km from Senggigi, nice location with clean room. Awesome breakfast, super friendly staff and a nice pool area. Got to know the owner, Mr. Frank, had a chat with him basically every day of our stay. We loved it

Positive: The word Hospitality is written in capital letters at Melasa House: staff is friendly, room and bathroom are clean, airco, tv and WiFi work as they should, and the breakfast is marvelous. Added bonus is a wonderful view from the balcony over the town and the sea. We will certainly come back here; it’s the right spot for Lombok

Negative: Nothing. If I want to be critical I could say the hotel could do with a prominent neon-sign down at the busy coastal road; I rode past the way up to the hotel a couple of times during our stay there. But the accommodation itself is just super!

Positive: Fantastic newly renovated facilities and great value for money. Lovely owner Frank and super friendly and helpful staff too. Really looked after us. A treat to have an English breakfast! Nice and quiet location, which was perfect for us to relax as we'd just spent 4 days on a boat. Nearest restaurants and beach a short drive away.

Negative: N/A - wish we could have stayed longer to be honest!
