Positive: The location , the room, cleanliness . We returned to the property because previously we had excellent service .

Negative: We had booked bed and breakfast purposely so we could enjoy before our flight . This was confirmed by booking.com a few days before our stay On arrival we were told breakfast not available due to owners recovering from operations. Told that we should have received a message from booking.com, obviously didn’t and as we were on a free cancellation we would have looked elsewhere on this occasion. The owner was only prepared to charge us £10 less on our bill ( for 2 people for breakfast!!) said we could get breakfast in the village or at the airport. Extremely disappointing as we would have continued to use this hotel as we fly frequently from the nearby airport

Summary: The lack of communication , no breakfast and poor reduction on our bill spoilt our visit

Positive: Greeting on arrival was excellent (even though we were late) Breakfast looked nothing special but in fact it was superb.

Negative: Only thing we could fault (and its a very small point- hence 9 out of 10) was we couldn't really enjoy the amazing views out of our room because other guests could see into our room. Wouldn't stop us returning.

Positive: Lovely little room in a great location for us due to being at the race track which is 2 mins down the road!! Staff were very friendly and let us be.

Negative: Only thing I would say is we were staying in the outdoor family room (11) as this was a shared building with another room who decided to come in at gone 12am causing a racket which we could hear and woke us up so the room aren’t sound proof which is the only down fall.
