Positive: Room was very nice, well decorated, amazing views. Breakfast was top notch. Plenty of choice. Location was ideal for me, as I was visiting a company in the DC Tower.
Negative: The blinds in the room were a bit of a disaster! Difficult to open and close and to keep the light out. Also very disappointed that there was no restaurant available when I arrived at 7pm, I had to order room service.
Summary: Very nice hotel, let down by lack of restaurant availability.

Negative: This is NOT a 5 star hotel. Don't expect a comfortable stay. Booking lists it as a 5 star, but it is not. The receptionist confirmed it is not a 5 star hotel. There were some body hair on my bedsheet and under pillow.. Room is equipped with cheap products. The soap holder fell off at night by itself - turns out it was affixed to the wall with adhesive band.. There was no water in the room. No dental kit in the bathroom. No slippers.The worst part is the "room service" - which tried to enter my room at 3:30, 30 minutes after I checked-in and settled my room. I didn't open the door saying "I am not available" - yet, she entered my room by using her key.. At the day of checkout, the "cleaning" started knocking my room at 9:00 am and continued until 10:30. The checkout time is 11:00 which is wayy too early considering the check-in time was as late as 15:00! Also, they don't inform you by email or text when your room is ready if you arrive early.. And.. the entrance of the hotel is the smoking area! You enter the hotel by walking through smokers .. equipment at gym is not working.. everything was a total disappointment.. oh and the minibar was totally empty..

Negative: Staffs on the level lounge were rudes. My friends and I were being discrimnated and treated badly. When we visit the Level Loungue and ask about what is complimentary firsr thing they said was "did you really book level loungr" sounded mocky and they giggle i their language. Then when I ask what drink is complimentary the manager just quicky show us and walk away not friendly.

Negative: Customer service was extremely rude. When I went to the Level Lounge they ask am I really Level room with mocking sound then they giggled. When I ask them what is complimentary in the Level Lounge they said it quickly and walk away. Felt very discriminated. Not coming back!
