Positive: Shampoo and body soap are provided. Watching machine is also provided. The house is very clean.
Negative: The apartment area has two guarded gates. Visitors can only access one gate. Was quite confusing at first. The access to near by restaurant and convinent store are unknown.
Summary: Feel at home. Very comfortable.

Positive: Convenient location, clean and host is a good communicator. Security was good.
Negative: Very small gripe, but the towels were synthetic and absorbed nothing. Would have been nice if there was a washing machine available.

Positive: Everything. My family said that it feels so cosy and very welcoming. The view is beautiful, and the bedsheets, as well as the blankets, are clean and comfy. The location is very strategic as well, and I really recommend this to my fellow juniors who will be having their convocation at PICC. Doesn't encounter any heavy traffic to PICC from the homestay. The host is very responsive, too, providing full guidance on what to do for check-in and check-out. It won't take too long for the host to reply, which was an excellent service! All in all, my family would love to have a repeat in this homestay in the future.
Negative: Perhaps can add on a hairdryer. That will be fine. Anything else, I don't recall anything to dislike about. Even from my family. No bad reviews from them. All are nice feedbacks.

Positive: The house very clean. The host provide all kinds of kitchens stuff. They also got Coway. The bedroom and the toilet very clean. The house very cozy. Fluffy towels. The host very helpful when i ask questions.
Negative: The parking lot to the house a little bit far as the housing building and parking building are separated. But, it bearable. Thus , be prepare to drop heavy things at the ground floor foyer first so later you get to save energy and time.
