Huge, 3500+ sf, gorgeous home with 7 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Newer construction, this home has it all. Set on 7 1/2 secluded acres with 200' of private water frontage on an all-sports lake.
2 private docks, private sport court, downstairs game room, large yard, and so much more! Open land plus beautiful, mature trees.
There is a huge master bedroom with King bed, private bath with soaking tub, massive walk-in closet, separate shower and double sink. This room also has a Full/twin Trundle.
Bedroom #2 has a full-sized bed, twin bunk beds, and a closet
Bedroom #3 has 1 queen bed
Bedroom #4 has a full-sized bed, twin bunk beds, and a closet
There is also a kids mini bed and crib that floats around from room to room.
Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 share a full bathroom complete with double sink and bath with shower.
Lower level has Bedroom #5 with queen bed, private bath with stand-up shower, sink, and closet
Lower level has a room with Full/Twin bunk and twin Trundle
The main floor aslo has a room furnished with another twin trundle
Kitchen is open to a huge living, informal dining room with breakfast bar, big-screen TV, complete with Direct TV, Nintendo Wii and DVD player. Living room has a wood-burning fireplace, and comfy cozy sofas. Main dining room has a CD player and connects to a huge screened-in deck with patio furniture (perfect for dining al fresco! - without the bugs!), fire pit, BBQ grill, and awesome view of the forestry and lake.
There is a 'formal' dining room with table that seats 6. Grand, two-story entry atrium.
Lower level has TV, pool table (or ping-pong), darts, arcade games, extra refrigerator, and microwave all with walk-out access.
Whatever you want to do - it's here! swimming, fishing, boating, sports, walking, trails, relaxing, cooking, sledding, nearby skiing, pool, ping-pong, pac-man, exercise, and so much more! The perfect setting for retreats, meetings, reunions, seminars, vacation, big family gatherings, and fun (or romantic) get-a-ways!
PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS STRICTLY A NON-SMOKING HOUSE AND WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS or ANIMALS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. FURTHER, WE DO NOT RENT THE HOME FOR PROMS, BACHELOR PARTIES, ETC.

Summary: The location was beautiful and our family enjoyed the privacy of the house and serenity of the lake. There was always plenty of things for the kids to do whether it be tennis, biking, board games, or the many water activities. Jimmy was a great host and responded immediately when we had issues with getting into the house. Highly recommend this location especially if you have a big family like ours.

Summary: My extended family of 21 stayed at the house. The house is well laid out. When the kids stayed up, there were places for them to older so the parents could sleep. When the parents stayed up too, there were still places for them to have quiet conversations away from the older kids. My favorite was the screened in back porch overlooking the lake. The host was quick to respond with any questions and to help out with anything that was needed. The lake is beautiful and great for either swimming, using the provided equipment, or just relaxing on the beach. It's easily a 10/10.

Summary: Our family of 25 had plenty of room in this lake house that had a variety of activities and lots of space to relax and bound as a family. Everyone enjoyed themselves!!!

Summary: Great house has everything you would need with plenty of beds and massive yard to explore. However the checkout “check list” was pretty lengthy with how much the cleaning fee was. Not a fan of that but nonetheless would stay again.

Summary: We had a great time! My four married kids and their children came from 4 different states for a family reunion. The house was perfect for families with young children. Lots to do in the game room downstairs and lots of fun things provided for our time at the lake. We really appreciated all the water "toys". The grandkids had such a fun time down by the water.

Summary: We had 25 adults on this trip and the house was spacious to accommodate us all comfortably. Some couples had to bunk together in rooms but it worked. The house is supplied with everything!! The kitchen even had crockpots. We brought our own but wish we knew how well stocked it was to lighten our load. We had a fabulous time. Lots of things to do and games to play. We loved going to sandbar and hanging out all day with our pontoon. There were very few people on the lake the whole week so we basically had it all to ourselves. Great memories made with the family.

Summary: The only thing our parents wanted in celebration of their 50th wedding anniversary was for their kids and grandkids to go “jump in the lake” and spend some time together “away from it all” on a lake in Michigan and that is exactly what we did!! We could not have asked for anything better than Jimmy’s property! The description and details of what to expect were spot on! I believe we utilized everything this rental home had to offer! Most of the family had never stayed on a lake before so this was super special. Some favorites included swimming, playing in the clean sand and simply relaxing down by the lake. Many basketball games were played even some under the lights! The boys fished every day - largest bass caught this week was 4.25 pounds!! We used the kayaks, paddle boat, SUP and swim deck. We rented a pontoon 2 of our days which was a perfect addition to putt around the lake stopping at both the deep water and sand bar to play and swim! The campfires down by the water were amazing as we talked, made s’mores, shared fun times. The whole process was super easy and the communication with Jimmy was very responsive. We highly recommend this rental! Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with our family!
