Summary: Angel was an excellent host! Her communication was excellent and timely! It never took her longer than 5 minutes to respond to my questions. The house was just as amazing as Angel. It had everything we needed! My sister and I will definitely look to stay here again when in the area!

Summary: Communications very good and timely. Home was super clean. Neighborhood is clean, the neighbor we met was very nice and the location was great. The sleeping accommodations for 8 were very comfortable, but the seating in the dining and living room were lacking, for a group of 8. The yard was not maintained, so the two youngest were not able to play outside. There was no patio furniture to use, so enjoying or using the patio was disappointing. I was especially pleased that the owner provided dishwasher pods and laundry pods, so we didn't need to make a trip to purchase them. This property is great for the price and very clean!

Summary: I was a premiere host/owner with all five star reviews until recently! We chose this property for its close proximity to our granddaughter’s high school reunion in Bartlett, and it’s ability to accommodate seven in our group from California. The neighborhood is fantastic and very well maintained except for this property. We were disappointed in the yards overgrown with weeds. The home itself was very clean, we appreciated the clean linens and presentation overall of the living space. However, being a large group of adults, we found no where to hang our bath towels, no bedroom mirrors for the women in the group to do makeup and hair to leave the bathroom open for showers. Flying from California also found us with only a couple hangers in each closet, which was less than adequate for our group. There is no patio furniture anywhere outside or a BBQ to grill. The blinds in living room wouldn’t open. The ceiling fan light wouldn’t work. Not enough comfortable seating for our group in living room. No welcome instructions or check out instructions. Front porch light wouldn’t work. We had to go buy a toilet plunger of all things, so it has one now! This property could step up its basic amenities and clean up the yards, as it could be a five star rental property. Overall, we felt safe. The beds were comfortable. The inside was clean. The outside grounds were embarrassing and disappointing to say the least.

Summary: Very thoughtfully arranged all essential items. Very clean. Good communication. Fair pricing. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping. Only suggestion I may have is to provide an emergency phone number for guest other than testing. Microwave need service. Substituted microwave was tiny for family. Backyard need clean up. A little bit more room for improvement but overall we may consider coming back. Thanks for everything.

Summary: Highly recommend this house it was very clean and spacious. Neighborhood was well kept and conveniently located near shops and grocery stores. We loved the decor and very comfortable mattresses. You will not be disappointed.

Summary: Rented this house for my son's graduation from the University of Memphis. Had 8 people staying from 3 different states and it had plenty of space for everyone with the use of the provided air mattress. The house was beautiful, clean and I loved the Memphis music themed decor, especially since my son was graduating with his Master's in music performance. Was a very nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. Thank you so much for making it a great weekend!!
