This beautiful village house in Ménerbes is called "Ménerbes Vista", because the view of the Luberon is extraordinary. It is a beautiful and large house for 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The interior is luxurious, but even better is the terrace that hangs over the Luberon with a view of 180 on the vineyards and hills, to Mont Ventoux. This garden area even has a small pool of 4m2 which is perfect to cool off during the summer and a sail to create the shade. Ménerbes Vista is at the top of the village of Ménerbes in the heart of the Luberon. Here there is no traffic, it is a haven of peace but in 2 minutes you can walk to the center of the village, with its great restaurants and shops. And in addition, the house even has its own parking, very convenient in the village!
The main asset of "Menerbes Vista" is really the view: it is incredible, you are at the top of the village and there is nothing between you and the vast hectares of vineyards and orchards all around. There is also the view from the other side of the house on the balcony, with the Luberon mountain and the sunset.
This house will suit you absolutely if you do not need a real swimming pool; you want to live the life of the village but without noise; you appreciate high quality furniture; and you do not tire of extraordinary views.

The living areas all have beautiful views and are arranged on two floors: with kitchen and dining room on the ground floor; and living room, TV and workspace upstairs. There is WiFi internet everywhere, Sonos sound system, and underfloor heating.
Living Room: The living room is upstairs to make the most of the view of the valley. Sofas and armchairs are arranged around a fireplace and French doors open onto a balcony with views.
Kitchen: The kitchen is very well equipped and to minimize the clutter, it is divided into kitchen and laundry. The kitchen is the heart of the house and opens onto the garden. It has 5 gas burners, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and double sink. In the laundry room there is a steam oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and dryer.
TV room: Upstairs and facing south on the Luberon mountain, with French windows overlooking a sunny balcony with views.
Workspace: next to the TV room is an ergonomic work desk.
Dining Room: This room dates from the 14th century, making it one of the oldest parts of the village.

The house sleeps 6 people in three double bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom is a double aspect corner room with a beautiful view of the old citadel and the Luberon mountain to the south. The bed is 1.6 m wide. The bathroom has an incredible view on the other side of Ménerbes, and has a bath, shower, sink and toilet.
Bedroom 2: Bedroom 2 has a bed 1.6 m wide and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Bedroom 3: With a 1.6m wide bed and a shower room. Separate toilet just outside the room.

The house is at the top of Menerbes, with views to the north and south, and even to the east and west.
The garden consists of a terrace with a dining table, a barbecue and a sitting area, formal planting and a 2m x 2m pool, perfect for cooling off. There is a sail to shade the dining table, and the entire width of the garden is simply open to the dazzling view of the landscape.
On the other side of the house is a balcony which is very sunny and overlooks the Luberon mountain, and the sunset to the west.
The house has a private parking, and the place is very quiet, the street being only for the few residents.
Ménerbes is a beautiful village, a charming Provencal perched village with restaurants, grocery, bakery and cafe, in the heart of the Luberon Park. All shops are 2 minutes walk from the house.
Menerbes is a perfect Provence village – picturesque, perched above the vineyards with terrific views all around, and blessed with good restaurants, bar and small food stores, as well as the seasonal market on Thursday mornings.
