Summary: We are so enjoyable to stay in this hotel. In particular, we would like to express our gratitudes to the kindness of the staffs, the quick response to problems, and the ability to work. And there is a cultural space around the hotel and the park is close, so it is leisurely, abundant, and safe. It is highly recommended because it is a good place to enjoy a vacation in the city when you need a rest after an exhausting flight.

Summary: During our stay at the Mercure, we enjoyed the convenient location and the clean, reasonably priced rooms. However, the hospitality left something to be desired. The check-in process felt a bit impersonal, and we didn’t always feel welcomed by the staff. The pool experience was particularly disappointing: we had to make a reservation and then were required to purchase a bathing cap at an additional cost, which made us feel that the customer experience wasn’t a priority. The breakfast buffet was decent, but we had to wait a long time for a table even with a reservation. Overall, while the hotel has some positives, the lack of a welcoming atmosphere would make us think twice about returning.

Summary: be careful whether you book "Mercure Ambassador Seoul Magok" or "Mercure Ambassador Seoul Hongdae". One is located at Magok , and the next one is located at Hongik Univ. Station. at the begining, i click on the googel map and want at book Hongik Univ. Station one. However , google re-direct me to 'Magok' one. it's my own fault that i did not to check clearly before booking. anyway, it's a excellent hotel. You just need 10-15 mins metro to city everyday for the trip only.

Summary: Great hotel, felt very clean and comfortable! Good service. The location is good with restaurants and shops in the area. Takes about 35-40 minutes to areas like myeongdong but the subway is really easy once you get the hang of it. :) Would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Summary: Great hotel. Well located but a little rough your first time. But you will master. Far from center of town but since Magok is an amazing area no problem. Seoul Botanical at your doorstep and the LG Arts Center. Recommend. Id go again.

Summary: Overall nice. The buffet breakfast was delicious though it ends at 9 AM. A lot of minor inconveniences that add up. The housekeeping and communication were really inconsistent and I got bothered a few times on do not disturb. My first day there they also asked me to wait for 6 hours before check in (after an overnight flight), not letting me know there was an option to pay a bit extra to be let in early. Deliveries also can't be put in the floor lobby and so usually you have to wait downstairs for 20 minutes.
