Positive: Most staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. The restaurant supervisor did not have a friendly manner with clients, was impersonal and could have set a warmer tone in the dining room. I asked him if he is disrespectful to all guests or just to me. His response was ‘It is only 8 in the morning’. I explained to him that this was not an excuse for his unprofessional manner.
Negative: The unprofessional manner of the restaurant supervisor as I explained above.
Summary: A largely positive experience. Most staff were friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean.

Positive: Very convenient location to central Andorra la Vella. The room was very well appointed and comfortable. The hotel breakfast buffet was the best on my trip.
Negative: Parking was a bit expensive and the parking garage had tight spaces, but it was certainly convenient.

Positive: Room was large, bed was comfortable, parking convenient and close-by. The folks behind the counter were helpful and friendly
Negative: Room had only two electrical outlets; one by the front door, and one one that was plugged into the TV. I had to purchase an extension cord and unplug the TV in order to have the phone charging by the bed at night. Also, the in-room coffee service had only decaffeinated coffee. I asked at the front desk and they told me that was all they offer in the room, but that I could go to the restaurant to get regular coffee. Bathroom toilet set-up was tiny
