Positive: Location good though a little difficult to find Spa very nice Comfortable bed & linens

Positive: Quite hard to find but plenty of parking. Our room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was a strange setup but perfectly adequate. Breakfast was good with a good selection of food.

Negative: Nothing really, although it seemed to be understaffed. The lady on reception in the morning was also looking after the breakfast room! There was a leaking pipe in the hallway ceiling on the 2nd floor with a large box underneath to collect the drips. There was a kettle in our room but the tea/coffee was non existent and there were paper cups! Some of the food in the breakfast room looked tired 😫
