Positive: The Staff and the room was fantastic and well equipped for our needs, great location for our activities, breakfast was delicious
Negative: Our room was located near the entrance to the lobby, unfortunately we could hear the door slam shut everytime someone walked through it.

Positive: Here’s the full version with both parts combined: ⸻ Second time staying here and would stay again. For the price, it’s great—clean, tidy, and in a great location. We love the French restaurant down the road. We had asked for two single beds but got a double on arrival, but the front desk staff sorted it out straight away for us.
Negative: The only thing is the car park—the staff need to let you in and out, which they did happily, but it would have been easier if we had a card to access it.

Positive: The location was perfect, the staff were super helpful and friendly. We especially enjoyed chatting to the lovely hospitality manager when we went for breakfast each morning she was so friendly, always had a smile and was happy to have a chat to us. We loved our stay and will be back again in the future

Positive: Excellent central location close to multiple activities. Very quiet rooms didnt hear a single other guest whilst staying. The bed was a great size and extremely comfortable
Negative: Some hidden areas were not thoroughly cleaned e.g. inside drawers
