Summary: The property was fine, staff could’ve been a bit more friendly, room was a bit smelly throughout. Mould everywhere in the bathroom.

Summary: Room was filthy, bathroom had crumbs all over and moldy bath and shower head. Breakfast was okay but only 1 person working so food was empty most of the time.

Summary: Overall pretty clean. It potentially needed a deeper clean especially in the bathroom. The toilet was in a very inconvenient position. It felt very understaffed so special requests were missed on arrival and staff weren’t always available for myself and other guests, however they were helpful and attentive when they were available. Breakfast was standard and as expected. We didn’t use the bar or room service. The bed was comfortable and bigger than expected.

Summary: Very convenient hotel for access to town centre and riverside walk. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast had plenty of variety. The room was comfortable and clean. We often stay at this hotel and we are never disappointed.
