Summary: The room condition was poor. Lighting broken / not working. Curtains old and in poor condition. The TV had limited channels and sound level was fixed / not adjustable. Bar staff not present and needed to be called via reception when required.

Summary: Room was large, clean, bed comfy, only concern I had was a health and safety issue, the window in our room on the 7th floor was large and opened all the way (I do have a photo), very concerned about the safety aspect of this, especially if children use that room.
