Positive: The lobby area felt modern and clean - as with the outside dining area of the restaurant. The breakfast was very good / plenty of fresh produce.

Negative: Felt the room was a little tired and maybe needed an update and the carpets looked dirty. It wasn’t probably to the standard I would have thought with Mercure.

Positive: They have a filtered water fountain which is really great. Breakfast was wonderful and facilities and room were very clean. Staff friendly.

Negative: The tub was old and deep. I would have preferred a walk in shower. It was hard to get in and hour of the tub. Hot water was slow. The pool water was very cold. Not enough staff in restaurant.
