Positive: Very convenient location for Chantilly castle although we needed a shuttle ( that was provided by the organizer of the event we attended).
Negative: Service was not so good, long queue at check in because the machine to take the garantee deposit was not working. Breakfast sub par for luxury hotel with scrambled eggs made from liquid preparation. Restaurant was really bad with terrible menu. After we sat we decided to leave and go to a nearby restaurant that turned out to be very good ( but again nearby means you need a car!)

Positive: Great dinner service, the kids enjoyed the games room and our beds were very comfortable.
Negative: The swimming pools were both quite grubby. We didn’t have any hand soap in our bedroom despite reporting it to Reception. I couldn’t see a way of double locking our bedroom door when going to bed which I do normally like to do. I believe it was a French bank holiday but felt like we’d overpaid for our 1 night which didn’t even include breakfast.
Summary: Would stay again but at a cheaper rate!

Positive: Beautiful surroundings, lots of options to host events. Great catering and spacious rooms. Very friendly personnel. Loved the bicyles to go around the premise with.
Negative: Bit difficult to navigate from time to time. Staff is friendly but language was sometimes a bit of a hurdle.
