Positive: Staff very friendly and tried best to accommodate. Room was clean and spacious and had all the basics. Bathroom was clean and good shower.

Negative: No fridge in room so unable to store stuff for our journey. Bathroom basin did not drain - probably a bit blocked. Spa facilities were basic so did not really bother. Wanted to park underground but very tight spaces so had to leave on street. Was not secure but all okay in the end.

Positive: The stff were great, a wonderful welcome on arrival and very helpful on check out too. A nice restaurant and good service there as well. Very comfy bed with very nice cotton sheets.

Negative: Not being able to park securely as the car oark was fully booked. Instead, I was lucky and got a spot on the pavement outside the door, but that wasby chance.
