Summary: First, the location is FANTASTIC if you want to spend quality time at the Sanctuary of Fatima. It's just 100 steps to the Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity. Second, the staff there are great. Very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Third, the room is comfortable and well designed! So many power points/outlets. WiFi was strong. I'll stay here again!!!

Summary: The staff was excellent! They were all very professional yet friendly and always helpful with a smile. The young women at the reception in the mornings stood out as the very best of customer service! The Hotel is modern and clean. It is close to the shrine and has an outstanding breakfast. Probably the very best hotel in the area.
