Summary: Exceptionally professional, friendly and helpful Martin at Reception with Check in, Room allocation and Parking assistance for our campervan and talking to the chef to enable me to have something to eat after overhearing me trying to explain to the waiters my allergies. Went over and above my expectations. Thank you to the chef for whipping up something to cater for my needs.

Summary: The room was comfortable, the staff were pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was well worth it. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and our both meals were delectable. If you’ve never visited the area, the walk to the schloss and burg is lovely
