Summary: The receptionist supermouth speekers during the check-in, does not respect ladies took long timevfor action and need training in customer's oriented. Managment can see that by cameras.

Summary: Mercure Hotel is a very good hotel, clean,room is big ,friendly stuff specially the concierge .the location of the hotel is very convenient because it's in the middle of the two big mall of Bahrain ( seef mall and city center). There's only one negative thing they don't have shampoo and conditioner even they mention it in the room amenities but they have body lotion. I had to go and buy shampoo and conditioner. Definitely im coming back i really enjoyed my stayed there.

Summary: Hotel is not so bad, not cheap though. But the staff isn’t keeping up. Room service never answered. Reception isn’t always available. Parking is very very bad (small, and hard to reach the entrance).
