Positive: Location was great. Room was comfortable.
Negative: Staff was a tad unfriendly. Food on offer was limited and poor quality. I get that it wasnt a dinner destination but when you arrive late at an unknown destination it is nice to have options.

Positive: The location is perfect! Just close enough to the city center but in a quiet neighborhood. The breakfast was excellent in variety and taste! Room size was good and with a modern bathroom with a good shower.
Negative: The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, the mattress was thin and there were even plastic pieces coming out of the mattress, not even my 8-year old was able to sleep comfortably there. The pillows were also not comfortable, they didn’t provide the necessary support and were not anatomically adequate. All this made our nights at the hotel pretty miserable. The restaurant has only pizza as a meal option, which makes the hotel less convenient for a family with kids.

Negative: The extra parking charges, the correct instructions of getting in the public parking, not mentioned at the voucher. Level of English of employees is really poor,and the annoying door knocking for housekeeping between 8 and 10 am every single morning and several times, is really stressful . The breakfast wasn’t included and really pricy to add it. We ended up having pretzels from the bakery.

Positive: Very good location, all important sightseeing destinations, shopping and restaurants reachable on foot or by the street car that is a 5-monute walk from the hotel. Room size was decent and the view from window onto the hill and Bergbahn was marvellous. No comments on breakfast as it was a bit too expensive and so I opted out and found several nice brunch places close by.
Negative: The place ia big old and so some renovations are needed. Overall cleanliness was good though more attention to toilette and bathroom cleanliness would be desirable. What was really annoying is that the staff did not really respond in a time appropriate way to the toilette cleaning request and the phone in the room was not working so I had to go down to talk to them in person everytime.
