Positive: Breakfast was good, no complaints.
Negative: Front office staff tried to rip off my wife, said I only paid for breakfast for 1 adult & not our son, even when my wife showed them a copy of our booking showing breakfast for 2 people. Maybe they doi this to other guests but I complained to management who apologized and said it was an error in their system which is somewhat hard to believe.
Summary: Apart from the Front desk staff trying to charge my wife for our son's breakfast, all good.

Negative: Housekeeping. We stayed for 4 nights, and the water drainage in the shower room was not cleaned properly, so the shower water started to overflow on the second night. We had to open the drainage cover ourselves. The toilet roll provided had very little paper left, so we asked for another roll, but the new one came with a similarly small amount of paper. We had to worry about how long it would last. The toilet flush was also weak.

Positive: Lokasi di tengah kota, banyak kuliner di sekitar hotel.
Negative: Desain kamar suit yang sebenarnya sangat luas, namun karena desain kamar mandinya tidak simple sehingga menghabiskan banyak space dan terkesan kamarnya sempit.

Positive: Amazing stay!!! 10/10 all around. The staff are very welcoming and accommodative, they had a buffet dinner the night we were there for 118k IDR (insanely affordable) and food was so good!! Room service is available till late, the room is spacious and the bed is one of the comfiest we've ever stayed in. TV is huge, bathroom and shower are clean. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Madiun 🙌🏼
