Summary: We stayed in a classic room and it looked nothing like the photos online. The bathroom was old and dirty, the bathtub was clogged. The room was also super hot, the air conditioning is just weak and doesn't work. they did move us to another room the second night which was better, but still the air coniditioning was not strong enough and it was very difficult to sleep.

Summary: There's a sewage smell in the bathroom. The shuttle to the airport was an added perk, although the airport is close the shuttle makes 4-6 stops before heading to the airport.

Summary: Our time at this hotel was very enjoyable. We liked everything about it. We are tourist guides (retired now). And have spent over 40 years travelling with overseas clients from all over the world. We are, therefore, very used to all this hotel brands and standards. We enjoyed the reception staff’s efficiency and professional but friendly attitude.

Summary: Staff were very pleasant. I appreciate accommodating our early arrival. Rooms were nice but could be a bit cooler in the summer. Spent one night there with my family.

Summary: When you walk into the hotel it seems very nice. However, the air conditioner in the room would not cool down the room. I called the receptionist and she mentioned she would call back. But I ended up calling back and said they could bring me a fan. We went to eat at the restaurant and the pasta was just warm and not fresh. But the bed…the bed was the worst bed I’ve ever slept in. It was not even comfortable to sit on. And the area around the hotel was nowhere you would take a walk. Very industrial area.
